Working at Mark Elliot can be a very rewarding experience, whether in a customer facing role in one of our shops, as manager or part time manager, or making the furniture in our factory in Beccles, Suffolk, or delivering furniture to our customers all across the country.We do not always require relevant previous experience, but we do place a great deal of importance on candidates having the right personal qualities for any job they undertake.

At Mark Elliot, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent service to our customers, and look for people who are understanding of this fundamental principle.

Factory positions

Sales positions.

I believe that there are three important elements when selling fine handmade furniture and upholstery. The product, the price and the person.

I am confident about both our products and prices, but great sales people are sometimes a little harder to find, especially when we need them most!   So if you consider yourself to be a sales person par excellence (even if you havent necessarily had a great deal of experience) we would love to hear from you.

Our managers have very varied backgrounds, and they are equally varied in age. They are that proof that a positive, informed, determined, and a highly customer focused attitude is undoubtedly the key to success.   You will be selling beautiful handmade cabinet furniture and made to order upholstery from lovely upmarket showrooms in both high street and out of town locations.

We pay a very good basic salary, and excellent rates of commission.
