ONLINE DELIVERY CHARGES 

Do you qualify for FREE DELIVERY (Online Only)?

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £1500 in England - this includes a 25 mile radius around Monmouth into Wales, but this free area excludes Devon, Cornwall, Cumbria, Northumberland and the rest of Wales.

All orders under £1500 for delivery into this same  area, ie England- to include a 25 mile radius around Monmouth into Wales will be charged at £59 per delivery.

Delivery is FREE
on all orders over £3500 for the rest of England and Wales  ie Devon, Cornwall, Cumbria, Northumberland and Wales.

All orders under £3500 for delivery into Devon, Cornwall, Cumbria, Northumberland and Wales will be charged at £179 per delivery.

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £5000 in Scotland. (Scottish mainland only)  
All orders under £5000 into Scotland (Scottish Mainland only) will be charged at £279 per delivery.

Delivery is chargeable for ALL Offshore Island Deliveries.  We are unable to specify the amount in advance, as each delivery will be individually arranged.

Your order will be referred to a nominated mainland shipping agent and we will notify you of the appropriate area charge. Please enquire for details.
 


DELIVERY POLICY.

We run our own small delivery fleet using our own trained delivery crew. Ample experience has shown us that this is the very best way to insure our furniture arrives at your home in the same beautiful condition that it left our factory.
All members of our trained delivery team are both skilled, experienced and attentive, and your home will be treated carefully and respectfully as they manoeuvre your furniture or sofa into your chosen position.


DELIVERY PROCEDURE.
Most items of your furniture are individually wrapped for complete protection.  On arrival we will place your furniture in position for you, assemble (where necessary) attach feet or castors, unwrap and remove all protective packaging, and check that your purchase is perfect for you in every way. We believe that our furniture, and our customers deserve no less.

DELIVERY DATE.
We will arrange a firm date for your delivery when we call to collect the balance that is due on your furniture.  This is usually 3-4 weeks prior to the expected date of delivery, although this may vary due to seasonal variations, or the lead times on the particular item that you have ordered. When your payment details are complete, and entered onto our computerised system you will then be offered a date and time for delivery. This appointment is then entered onto our official Delivery schedule for that day.

DELIVERY TIMES.
Delivery slots are are offered Monday to Friday 8.30  4.30 pm.
A morning or afternoon delivery time will be arranged. We regret we are unable to specify a precise time, but we can arrange to telephone you approximately 30 minutes before we are due to arrive at your home.


DIFFICULT ACCESS?
If access to  your home, or chosen room is restricted, provided we have been given prior notice (to enable our delivery crew to allocate extra time for your delivery)  we are usually able to accommodate most problems. Please be as specific as possible when you first order your furniture (we may plan to do additional on site assembly) and again when Valerie, our Customer Deliveries Adviser is arranging your delivery with you. We are very happy to make a note of actual measurements on any  anticipated width/height restrictions.
 

FREE COLLECTION FROM ANY MARK ELLIOT STORE.
We are pleased to advise that all Lamp, Coffee and/or Nests of tables can be delivered FREE of charge to your nearest store for immediate self collection.  (Please confirm individual details with the store in question) We regret however that no other items, under any circumstances, are accepted for delivery into our stores.
 

FREE COLLECTION FROM HEAD OFFICE
You can also collect any size item direct from our Head Office / Furniture Factory in Beccles, Suffolk. We are pleased to assist you whenever possible,  however, please be aware that many of our items of furniture are extremely heavy, and will require two person handling to manoeuvre them into your home.
