All orders are subject to the Company’s Conditions of Sale.

Our Sofa Frame Guarantee - Our confidence in our products is not limited to our cabinet furniture. We offer a guarantee of 10 years against structural failure through fair wear and tear on all our sofa and armchair frames and springs.

Fabric Guarantee - Whilst all fabrics are made to the highest possible standard and only the best dye stuffs are used, ME Stamford Ltd and the fabric houses guarantee the fabrics for one year from the date of delivery. Sunlight will fade most fabrics and precautions should always be taken to protect fabrics from exposure to direct sunlight. Fabrics are categorized for wear based on the results of the Martindale rub test. We recommend your chosen fabric achieves a minimum rating of general domestic use. Only selected fabrics are suitable for washing and these are identified where appropriate. All other fabrics should be dry cleaned by a reputable cleaning company. In both cases the instructions on the product care label should be carefully adhered to. All fabrics will be subject to an element of graceful degradation in both use and washing or dry cleaning.
Sofa and chair seat and back inner cushions are guaranteed for a period of one year.
Where furniture has been ordered at different times ME Stamford Ltd cannot guarantee to colour match fabrics. Normal settling of feather and fibre should be expected and is characteristic of ME Stamford Ltd cushions. Regular plumping and turning of cushions is essential.
